Desktop Lathe project lead

For my Fall 2024 Precision Machine Design class, our final project involved designing, fabricating, and creating the error model of a desktop lathe. Thanks to clever design choices, my team achieved the most accurate spindle runout in the class.

Kuka KR QUANTEC Nano model

As part of the Algorithms for Sensor Based Robotics class I took in spring 2023, I used screw theory to model the Kuka KR QUANTEC Nano in MATLAB, and examined how different commonly used inverse kinematics algorithms effected its performance when given specific tasks

Advanced Mechatronics Basketball Robot

My final project for Advanced Mechatronics was developing a robot to compete in a basketball tournament. We decided to make the project more interesting by not using the materials we were given to make the robot, instead opting to make it from scratch

TTTS surgical simulator

Using unity, C#, and a geomagic touch haptic device, I created a surgical simulator to see if visual and haptic fixtures could make it easier for users navigate around the TTTS surgical workspace.

SAE BAJA frame design and suspension analysis

For my senior design project in my undergrad, my team participated in the SAE BAJA competition. I designed the rear frame and used modal analysis to analyze the rear suspension. I also did a lot of machining and welding to assemble the car.
